Technology Executive at CTO / Chief Architect Altitude | Enterprise AI Transformation Leader | Agentic AI Strategist & Builder | Global AI/ML Portfolio Leader, AWS

About

I am a technology executive who sets agentic AI strategy at CxO altitude, builds agentic systems, and takes them to production at scale. That combination (strategy → build → ship) is what enterprises need when they are done with AI pilots that go nowhere and ready to make AI actually work. Over ~26 years, I've done this across the three vantage points that shape how enterprise AI actually gets built: 🏦 Inside the enterprise: large-scale, mission-critical systems at JP Morgan Chase, GE Healthcare, Novartis, BMW. Production here means regulatory scrutiny, global scale, and zero tolerance for demos that don't ship. 🔧 Inside the consulting ecosystem: building and scaling technology practices at firms such as Wipro and TCS whose entire business is executing and delivering those systems. Presales, practice development, and turning prototypes into production across industries. ☁️ Inside the hyperscaler: currently leading an AI/ML portfolio at AWS, working across the world's largest strategic partners and differentiated AI startups, shipping GPU-accelerated agentic solutions for the hardest problems enterprises face. What connects all three: I build what I advise on. I prototype with modern agentic tooling, and I make sure it survives contact with security, compliance, cost, and reality in Production. 🎯 AI strategy & enterprise adoption: board-level roadmap through production architecture. 🏗️ Practice building: scaled teams, hiring & training, and skill development. 📐 Architecture & hands-on build: agentic AI, GPU acceleration, LLMs in production. 💼 Business development & presales: turning technical depth into real outcomes, trusted CxO advisor. 🎙️ Thought leadership — writing and speaking about what it actually takes to ship agentic AI.

Experience

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) (5 yrs 9 mos)
    • Global AI Transformation Leader for Strategic Partners, Presales (GSI)
      Jan 2023 - Present · 3 yrs 7 mos

As Global AI Transformation Leader within AWS's Strategic Partner Alliance, I drive enterprise-wide AI adoption across global markets — working directly with C-suite leaders from Fortune 100 enterprises, Global System Integrators, and high-growth AI startups to move organizations from AI ambition to operating reality. My mandate spans the full transformation lifecycle: defining AI vision, building the partner ecosystems that scale adoption, and ensuring solutions move from proof-of-concept into production with measurable business impact. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, I designed and launched the end-to-end GSI framework and operational playbooks that govern how top-tier global integrators embed AI capabilities into their enterprise service delivery. Acting as the strategic connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Sales, I shape joint go-to-market strategy and align the global partner ecosystem with the AI and cloud transformation priorities that matter most to enterprise clients — driving co-sell execution across diverse industry verticals and geographies. I have established the governance frameworks, responsible AI standards, and security guardrails that allow organizations to adopt Agentic AI and GPU-accelerated solutions with confidence — at enterprise scale. Across financial services, healthcare, retail, energy, manufacturing, and telecom, I have incubated and implemented breakthrough AI/ML platforms and led large scale adoption initiatives where the measure of success is transformation that is technically sound, organizationally durable, and ethically grounded.
