Certifying the construction work progress to support the authorization for payments Monitoring the construction progress and costs and coordinating actions required to keep project on budget and on time. Supervising/coordinating the construction activities ensuring that the highest HSEQ standards are maintained throughout the project. Responsible for the tender execution during bidding process. Responsible to lead the design review process with the Company’s package lead and engineer Responsible to ensure all free issue items to the fabricator arrive on site within agreed time frame. Support the Construction Manager in controlling/manage the Manifold Contractors. Supervise contractor’ construction sites, ensuring that contractor works are performed according to project specifications, budget and schedule. Coordinate FAT/EFAT and SIT for the manifold at the fabrication yard. Coordinate the delivery of the products in accordance to the installation schedule.
Seconded to FMC Technologies Australia from FMC Technologies Singapore to work on the Subsea Service department. Plan for day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities. To ensure all the offshore equipment/tools and also service personnel are ready when client call for offshore mobilization. Communication with Client and Rig to ensure all their need and requirement of getting tools and personnel to be ready on time for offshore mobilization. To provide the daily status report on the equipment readiness to the client. Daily meeting with Workshop, Logistics, Quality and Safety Departments. Responsible to provide input into Operations Planning. To create Service Order for Workshop, Material Purchase & Third-Party Engagement. Create and managed RFQ log. Administer PONC (Product of Non Conformance) to Mobilize Equipment Offshore Handling all the logistic arrangement for the equipment that will loaded back to onshore after completed the offshore work. This arrangement including to rework the defect part. Manage and maintain Offshore Documentation (Signed ICP/PSM), Master Equipment List (MEL) & End of Well Reports. Forward Rig FNCRs to appropriate personnel for disposition. Coordinate the technical activities of engaged Vendor/ Third-Party Services personnel. Deliver Payment Certificates.
Responsible for design and analysis of subsea systems from reservoir to the topsides processing unit. Addresses system functionality, components & optimization, to assure delivery on expectations for availability and operability. Develops project specifications and be involved in the tendering & evaluation of design, installation and procurement contracts. Verifies the design integrity of work carried out by Engineering contractors to ensure that the proposed solutions are technically sound and meet operability & maintainability requirements. Manages interfaces between system components and the various engineering disciplines involved. Participates in construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Supports maintenance and inspection staff and participate in teams to troubleshoot customer issues.
