I build production systems from scratch. I've shipped platforms across EU-funded research, energy, fintech, healthcare, and logistics — for clients including EPRI, UPS, DHL, and European utilities. My architecture and implementation directly contributed to securing €2M in Horizon Europe funding. Project: Artificial Intelligence for Next Generation Energy, European Union's Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation programme Description ● The project won the first place among 123 other projects ● Please check ADIOS project here (1st place): https://i-nergy.eu/open-calls-winning-projects ● I worked on architecture, backend, frontend as well as database design. Project: Data Extraction and Filtering platform Description ● Leading team of developers working on a software for outputting weather prediction events based and load profiles, generators and other scientific data. Output of the software is used in an internally developed machine learning workflow engine to predict anomalies in energy grids across the United States.
Project: Multiple projects over 3 years time Description ● Prepared numerous technical requirements documents and software design specifications ● Improved workflow by implementing proper deployment, branching, architecture, coding, and integration practices ● Coordinated projects, made detailed plans to accomplish goals, and directed the integration of development activities ● Mentored and upskilled teams in Kiev (Ukraine), Romania, including backend and frontend teams ● Responsible for hiring a team in Lvov (Ukraine), conducting technical interviews, and introducing them to the development process as well as mentoring them ● Led development of an application for US cities building/planning permissions searching and map visualization ● Was lead software architect for a B2B reporting application for a client and guided their backend and frontend team ● Did code reviews, database design, as well as backend coding and refactoring of frontend code ● Coded modules (backend, frontend, 3rd party APIs) for fintech client ● Developed a real-time user simulator for a bike renting application (web sockets, nodejs) ● Developed REST API for bike renting application in Php/Laravel ● Created a working prototype for skateboard speed controlling software in C++ ● Designed and coded backend library used by other developers for many company projects ● Setup infrastructure for continuous integration as well as wrote scripts for automatic integration/deployment

Project: Route optimization platform (UPS, DHL), R&D project for Fiware EU research programme Description ● Involved in the decision-making process for the main technologies, frameworks, and libraries to use in our projects. ● Discuss project specifications with management and present them to the engineering team. ● Help in the upskilling process by teaching developers best practices in software architecture, design, and implementation. ● Designed and coded route optimization and geocoding modules for a SAAS platform developed for UPS and DHL delivery companies. ● Led the development and coding of a route constructor application for estimating and comparing routes and distribution plans. ● Conducted research and development on self-optimizing maps for route optimization and prediction, and wrote visual representation code in Processing. ● Completed several projects for the EU Fiware program using technologies based on OAuth2, Hadoop, Flume, and MongoDB. ● Planned and set up a CI solution using Bamboo, as well as an automated deployment script generator and environment setup using Python, Docker, and Docker Compose.
