- Handles machine conversion, maintain product quality & output rate. - Verifying sample after conversion process (criteria check: orientation on part number of chip carrier). - Perform visual check to ensure product meet the quality standards and report or isolate defective items to line Officer. - Calibrate or adjust machine for different of products package size. - Perform routine machine maintenance for machine wear & tear part replacement or minor repairing. - Documentation on downtime machine and quality checking sheet. - Coordinate with Officer, Engineer & Maintenance follow up with production quality, equipment issues or material shortage to ensure all work aligns with quality, safety & regulatory standards.
-Has been assigned to work in Classification and Quality Inspection Department at manufacturing operation. -Learn and support in doing daily quality inspection process for different model of bearing. -Checking, measuring, or testing on one or more product characteristics for each component of bearing. -Learning and doing classification of the items for the process.
