Since July 2015, I have had the privilege of serving as Managing Director at Bender Canada Inc., a member of the worldwide BENDER Group, known for its leadership in Electrical Safety technology based in Germany. In this role, my responsibilities include contributing to the company's reputation for quality and innovation while supervising its strategic direction and promoting operational excellence. I work diligently to align the company's vision with global objectives, make decisions that impact performance, and nurture a culture of innovation and safety within the organization. Additionally, I place importance on developing relationships with key stakeholders, customers, manufacturing representatives, electrical distributors and contractors to support our growth initiatives. I am a dedicated professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in electrical engineering, project management, and electrical safety. I completed my Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power and Renewable Energies, in 2005. Subsequently, in 2011 and 2012, I pursued additional studies, earning a Master's degree in Engineering Management and another in Project Management. I have a strong passion for electrical safety, dedicating my career to offering expert consulting services, seminars, and workshops to enhance safety systems for individuals and organizations. My mission is to collaborate closely with consulting firms, system integrators, utilities, and industry leaders to contribute positively to safety standards. I actively engage with standard communities, including IEEE P45.1, CSA C232 (CSC69), and CSA Z32, to elevate safety standards globally.
