Project studies with bliro at the chair of ERI (Entrepreneurship Research Institute) at TUM Using a Design Thinking approach, we conducted 52 interviews to address the heavy manual documentation burden faced by B2B sales departments. Based on our findings, we designed and user-tested an interactive prototype for a smart note-taking template. A central focus was its seamless integration with Salesforce, enabling the template to automatically pull customer data before a call and export finished notes directly back into the CRM system.
