OH HI THERE 👋 I'm honoured that you're snooping on my LinkedIn profile. Hope it lives up to the hype. I'm an ex-Goldman Sachs banker, Forbes 30U30, Cambridge fellow, ex-international athlete, published psychologist and currently a member of the Women in Tech UK Government Taskforce. Now I'm doing the thing I'm most proud of - building ivee, an AI skills and consultancy platform that helps people actually keep up with what's happening in the world of work. We're backed by VCs and angels from Microsoft AI, Balderton, Dawn Capital and Steven Bartlett. "Every company is now an AI company - or it will die" - my fav quote ever from the legendary Satya Nadella (CEO, Microsoft). He hits the nail on the head - every company now needs to become AI-native or risk not surviving. It sounds dramatic because it is!! Enter ivee. We do three things well (if I may say so myself): 1️⃣ We consult companies on their AI strategy, governance, policy - and everything in between. 2️⃣ We train teams and indiiduals on how to learn AI (in a way that isn't mind-numbingly boring). 3️⃣ We deploy ivee engineers into organisations to build out AI automations to save our clients hours of manual work per day. We're the UK Government's primary AI upskilling partner and have trained over 100,000 people (and >1,000 teams!). Our clients include Red Bull, Lucky Saint, Hyble, and many more. If any of this resonates - whether you're an individual wondering what to do next, or a business trying to future-proof your team - come find us. https://ivee.jobs/

Appointed Fellow Commoner at Downing College after receiving the Young Alumni of the Year award. Engaging with Fellows and actively contributing to academic and professional discussions, with a particular focus on AI and gender.
Selected as a member of the UK Government's Women in Tech Taskforce. I am focused on ensuring that AI's economic gains are shared equitably - and that women are not left behind in the most significant reallocation of labour since the Industrial Revolution.
Selected as a UN Women Delegate at the 69th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69). 80% of the global gender pay gap is driven by gender differences in career breaks (Goldin, 2023).
