• Drive customer acquisition and maximize brand awareness from planning to measurement • Achieve 150% growth of business revenue through campaigns of various objectives at different funnels, which is a key factor for a startup to raise funding • Evaluate and share media performance insights to company investors • Manage over HKD$30M annual media budget on key company products and develop full funnel strategies • Well manage the customer acquisition cost to ensure cost efficiency while scaling • Analyze and optimize ads performance through SEM, Display and Social to maximize ROI • Communicate closely with internal stakeholders for reporting performance and media evaluations • Guide and supervise junior members on daily tasks and analysis
• Manage day to day relationship with media agencies • Lead end to end management of tactical sale across APAC and coordinate with internal and external teams • Disseminate paid media recommendations to internal stakeholders and drive maximum business value • Contribute to strategic planning and enhance BAU campaigns
