Brand strategy ● To provide strategic and creative input to strengthen the readability, tone, positioning and expertise of the Lemonway brand across Europe. ● Develop the brand image and awareness of Lemonway among the public via various communication actions: press relations, content production, lobbying associations, events, newsletters .... ● Collaborate with the HR team and advise on how to increase the brand positioning ● Collaborate with the HR team and advise on increasing the brand positioning using different communication formats. ● Be the guardian of the brand (visual identity and tone of voice) by ensuring that our visual brand is applied consistently, across our communication channels, both internally and channels, both internally and externally. External communication ● Build and coordinate our communications strategy to support the digital marketer in their acquisition strategy. ● Drive loyalty and retention of Lemonway's customers and partners through: - Community management - building a community of partners, Generating and publishing content on our social networks (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook). - Sending monthly enewsletters to our community of partners and clients. - Events - Organisation of events (physical/virtual) and coordination of actions. ● Cross-functional projects - Chatbot and FAQ improvement, survey management. NPS. ● Coordinate the creation of internal and external communication tools (decks, goodies, stickers, roll-ups...). ● Collecting usable customer and prospect feedback from the sales teams and teams and monitor your KPIs
