Additional responsibilities include business development, market analytics, proactive workforce planning, talent retention strategies, technical training, interviewing techniques and concepts, people assessment, and mentoring.

Multiple years serving as the VP of Volunteers and a couple as the VP of Marketing for the Oklahoma City chapter of the Project Management Institute. I helped recruit volunteers for all aspects of the organization from meeting volunteers to other VP and Director candidates for the Board. I specialized in placing technical professionals in new projects with a focus on Project Managers and Business Analysts.
