Amber Eck chairs Haeggquist & Eck’s Securities Litigation practice group and has been litigating securities and derivative litigation, consumer fraud class actions and employment cases for the past 22 years. Most recently, she was co-lead class counsel representing a widespread class of consumers against Donald Trump and Trump University which settled for $25 million, with class members estimated to receive an incredible 90% percent recovery of the value of their claims. Amber is a member of the Class Action Preservation Project Committee for the Public Justice Foundation, a Master in the Louis M. Welsh American Inn of Court, Sustaining Member of Lawyers Club, and last year was a finalist for San Diego Magazine’s Woman Of The Year, and nominated for the National Association of Women Business Owners' Woman Business Owner Of The Year award. Amber lives in Point Loma with her two daughters, husband and dog, Bo.
