Responsible for preparing large project tenders for the Pipeline Supplies business nationally. Processed project orders, coordinated the smooth running of each project from order placement to project completion including keying orders into SAP, creating and maintaining delivery schedules and expediting reports, procurement of materials, coordination of transport and logistics. Worked closely with management, in house and external processing, local and overseas suppliers, external transport companies and the customers project and site teams.
Processing and follow up of customer quotations and orders, resolution of any credit disputes. Maintain master data in SAP for customers. Work closely with sales staff, account managers, supply chain, vendors and customers. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
