I worked with the Nike Starting Line program as a high school team lead. I supported and , helped run activities, and made sure everyone stayed motivated and on task. I worked closely with staff to create a positive and organized environment where students felt encouraged to participate and grow. This experience strengthened my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while preparing me for my future career in education.
This summer, I worked as a high school team lead where I guided and supported students throughout their daily activities.
