Performs a variety of routine to complex sample preparation and analysis procedures to quantitatively measure pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds in a variety of formulations and/or biological matrices. Follows validated or experimental analytical procedures. Responsible for review and compilation of results and data comparison against SOP acceptance criteria, methodology, protocol and product specifications.
Work directly with patients to provide emergency medical services and transportation in high pressure and fast-paced situations while adhering to strict national, state, and local directives. Maintain meticulous documentation and patient confidentiality.
Work according to a protocol to genotype various samples to determine the presence of Mycoplasma bacteria. Follow the Western Blot protocol to determine presence of SV5.
Design DNA primers to perform polymerase chain reaction with the goal of determining genotype of Arabidopsis thaliana plant samples. Test mutant plants to determine phenotype. Genetically engineer plasmid vectors and perform DNA extraction.
Organize store according to a plan while working with team members to serve the needs of customers in a timely fashion. Train new employees about store policies, values, and goals.
