About

I'm a Telecommunications and Infrastructure Specialist with hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale connectivity systems and high-availability digital infrastructure. My background includes managing ISP networks serving more than 1,500 customers, operating a 4 Gbps redundant backbone with siklus technology , coordinating 29 communication towers and 42 repeater sites, and leading a team of 10 field technicians. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how to build resilient, scalable, and efficient network systems that perform reliably in real-world environments. Most recently, I worked with CBRE at Direct Line Global, Oregon State supporting mission-critical infrastructure in enterprise data center environments for major technology clients. My work involved assisting with the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of complex systems operating under global standards and 24/7 high-availability requirements. Alongside my technical work, I continue expanding my knowledge through training in 5G networks and cybersecurity fundamentals, while focusing on the role of digital infrastructure in Smart Cities and regional development. I’m also developing an independent conceptual initiative called Anzoátegui Smart, which explores how the region could evolve into a Smart Territory through digital infrastructure, energy systems, and innovation ecosystems. The initiative is inspired by development frameworks promoted by international organizations such as the World Bank, emphasizing integrated infrastructure, smart governance, and sustainable regional growth. The strategic relevance of this initiative lies in its geographic context. The state of Anzoátegui - Venezuela is located next to the Faja Petrolífera del Orinoco, one of the largest petroleum reserves in the world, and close to the mineral-rich regions of Bolívar, an area known for its potential in rare earth and strategic minerals. This unique geographic position creates opportunities for the development of advanced infrastructure, energy systems, and innovation-driven regional growth. Through this work, I study international examples of urban and regional innovation particularly in South Korea and Spain—to understand how advanced connectivity, data systems, and smart infrastructure can support the development of resilient and competitive regions.
