Working as freelance creative (Production Assistant & Wardrobe Stylist). Project based work. - Planned production needs that have been briefed by the client or creative agency under photographer/production team - Organized budgeting (alongside senior producer) - Created shotlist & rundown - Deal directly with vendors & freelancers and ensure the production runs smoothly. - Conceptualised fashion & accessories styling according to briefs or concepts given by clients - Assembled moodboard and prepare wardrobe pre-production (buying, renting, making). Also do assisting for senior Stylists.
- Manage Batik Concept's creative direction and marketing strategy. - Lead design team & direct photoshoot to support marketing calendar & social media contents. - Oversee social media content, track trends, and design materials for online and offline store. - Handling collaboration with influencers, making content with them as well.
- Work alongside creative director developing the concept and design for ZURI's launch, assisting in branding, packaging, and PR package design. - Manage social media and marketplace design materials (instagram, facebook, shopee). - Handle campaign photoshoot & content planning
- Prepare styling needs daily for regular catalog & campaign photoshoot. - Help buying & merchandising team curate and managing products of STRIPE Japan brand (later known as BOBO Tokyo) for online & offline store. - Assisting in the visual merchandising of Bobobobo offline store at PIM 2 (arrange the products and change the visual appearance of the store every week & re-styling mannequins once every two weeks)
- Assisting with the needs and preparation for weekly photoshoot (catalogue) & campaign production.
- Helping with the process (from making concept, choosing the fabric, until production) for Jakarta Fashion Week 2017 - Technical drawing for 'Rama Dauhan x blibli' designs - Archiving client's data
