About

I am a Social Work professional, educator, and researcher passionate about strengthening individuals, families, and communities through evidence-based practice and meaningful engagement. My work focuses on youth development, family resilience, and career guidance, with a commitment to promoting inclusion and social equity. I have experience in teaching, mentoring students, and facilitating workshops that help young people gain clarity, purpose, and direction in their personal and professional journeys. I am particularly interested in how social systems and parenting practices shape outcomes for children and families, especially within migrant and diverse communities. Driven by a desire to create lasting impact, I continue to engage in research, capacity building, and community-based initiatives that empower people to thrive.
