Building Noa, a root-cause, inside-out weight management platform for Tier-2 women. India is heading toward a metabolic crisis, 1 in 3 adults projected to be obese. The burden is disproportionately higher on women in their 30s and 40s. While Tier-1 cities have access, awareness, and safer options, Tier-2 India is left navigating misinformation, shortcuts, and unsafe solutions. This started personally. Despite a background in powerlifting, I struggled until correcting B12 and Vitamin D deficiencies and rebuilding gut health helped me sustainably lose 12+ kgs. Having spent nearly 7 years building in Tier-2 and beyond India, had seen how aspiration outpaces infrastructure and how health decisions are shaped by access gaps. The insight was clear, weight gain is rarely a discipline problem, it is a systems problem, especially in India 2. B2C Agri Input E-commerce: 25% of the farmers served were unable to follow the practices due to lack of recommended agri inputs, pioneered the agri ecommerce business of the company. 0 to 6Cr ARR agri input e-commerce later maturing into 100% Revenue contribution of the company. Built the Operations and E-commerce departments with Sr. Mgrs, Mgrs, Team Leads, Support and Army size of 150 Agri advisors across 4 offices serving Marathi and Hindi states.
B2C Saas Paid Subscription: 0-30k paid subscribers, driving the sole revenue line of the company. Category creation in Indian Agri-Sector by monetising Farm Advisory directly from the Indian Farmer. Built 25 member team of Mgrs, Advisors and Promoters across Maharashtra.
-Led the 4-Tier Team of 13 Cores, 60+ Managers & 80+ Associate Managers. -Instituted E-Connect, the collaboration between Tier One Engineering Colleges' E-Cells, and hosted the first-ever entrepreneurship meet with IITs and IIITs on board. -Organized annual entrepreneurship fest of IIT Madras E-Summit budgeted at 30 Lakhs seeing 30+ startups, 50+ idea teams, 40+ mentors, and investors with a combined footfall of 5000+. -Launched ElevateX- Product to expand pitching-competitions.- 250+ Startups participated (70% YoY increase) from 25 cities in the nation ranging from Jammu to Kerela, Maharashtra to Arunachal Pradesh. -Packaged the yearlong workshops and sessions into E-Series starting off with 70+ students in newly formed E-Club. -Collaborated with 12+ internal stakeholders namely CFI, Nirmaan, Shaastra, I&AR, Udyami, Iitmaa and others, and 50+ outside organizations like TiE, NitiAayog, Airtel, TVS, Accel, Matrix, EntrepreneurIndia.

Leaders at Eaton introduced me to the concepts of The Golden Circle and Ikigai, thanks, Eaton! -Research work on CAN-J1939 and ARM mbed platform. -Investigated the possible solution to accelerate the prototyping process of products in Transportation, Automative and Military vertical of the company. -Presented ARM mbed as the solution saving more than 5k dollars and 4 weeks on a single unit of prototyping.
- Investigated power quality data of Moscow; enabled to analyze the Russian market for OLTC - Analyzed tap staggering method of reactive power generation. - Formulated the results using MS Excel and LTSpicew to 95% accuracy; Increased data acquisition efficiency by 10 fold. - Models to be incorporated in HV transmission system with tap staggering by the company for diversification in UK market.
