I enable complex cybersecurity deals in industrial, IT and OT environments by acting as the bridge between deep technical security expertise and go-to-market execution. My background spans embedded, IT and OT security, combined with hands-on experience in standards and regulations such as ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29 R155, IEC 62443 and ISO 2700x. This allows me to translate regulatory and technical requirements into business-ready, sellable solutions.
At itemis AG, I was responsible for cybersecurity consulting and technical leadership across multiple industrial and automotive domains. My work focused on pre-sales and customer-facing technical consulting, especially in the context of tool-supported ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE WP.29 R155 implementations, enabling customers to meet regulatory and market requirements. In addition to customer work, I held disciplinary responsibility for a team of six cybersecurity experts and led a publicly funded research project in the field of forensics for autonomous vehicles. Key responsibilities included: • Cybersecurity consulting across industrial and automotive domains • Pre-sales activities and technical customer enablement • ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155 implementation support • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a cybersecurity team • Leading publicly funded research projects in applied cybersecurity
As Program Manager within ZF’s Cyber Security Center of Competence, I was responsible for the build-up and scaling of cybersecurity capabilities across projects and organizational units. My role combined program management, business development and strategic planning, including the definition of roles, processes, structures and cybersecurity strategies. I managed cybersecurity programs for more than 50 experts, with responsibility for budget, quality, timelines and delivery, and worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scalable and sustainable security operations. Key responsibilities included: • Program management of large-scale cybersecurity initiatives • Business development and planning of cybersecurity services • Definition of roles, processes and organizational structures • Budget, quality and delivery responsibility for large expert teams • Coordination of external service providers and partners
As a Cyber Security Engineer, I worked on the creation and implementation of cybersecurity management systems in accordance with ASPICE, ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE WP.29 R155, covering embedded products, production environments and organizational processes. I acted as feature owner and single point of contact for customers in cybersecurity-related topics and supported projects from early concept phases through implementation and validation. My responsibilities also included OT security projects in manufacturing environments, such as the implementation of OT asset monitoring and anomaly detection solutions, as well as multi-project planning in international teams. Key responsibilities included: • Development of cybersecurity management systems (ISO/SAE 21434, R155) • Feature ownership and customer-facing responsibility • Product and OT security integration • Multi-project planning in international environments
