Manage end-to-end outbound processes including picking, sorting, packing, staging, and dispatch, maintaining 100% accuracy and timely order fulfillment. Managing 150+ Associates for Outbound Process. Monitor daily operational KPIs such as OTD, picking accuracy, productivity, and packaging quality, driving continuous performance improvement. Coordinate with Inventory Control and Quality teams to resolve stock variances, order discrepancies, and packaging defects promptly.
Organize and supervise the picking, sorting, packing, and labeling of outbound orders. Ensure accuracy — correct items, correct quantities, correct packaging. Monitor real-time order flow to prevent bottlenecks and shipping delays. Implement QC checks before shipping to minimize returns or complaints. Handle discrepancies (e.g., missing items, wrong SKU, damaged packaging). Coordinate with inventory control if stock mismatches are found.
