My approach to leadership was shaped across two decades at MTV, Capitol Music Group, Island Def Jam, and C.F. Martin Guitar—where I learned that the most powerful brands don’t chase culture, they shape it. That requires both creative excellence and commercial discipline. I’ve been recognized as Ad Age’s A-List Executive of the Year and honored by AdWeek, Campaign US, Billboard Women in Music, and Advertising Week. I’ve served as Jury President for both Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity and Dubai Lynx, as well as Co-Chair and Grand Jury member for the Effie Awards and judge for the Clio Music Awards. I serve as an Independent Board Director at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation and on the board of Advertising Week New York. I’m also a founding Chief member.
