IT/Veyer project is Warehouse management system where we have different backend application which were integrated to process and validate the orders initiated from ODP ecommerce frontend application. The backend application capture order details from ecommerce frontend application and processing the order from different integrated application till order shipped to customer location. ● Maintaining different Matrix like Resource Utilization, Sprint Test status, Defect Tracker and Automation coverage status to track the project status. ● Presenting WSR matrix to leadership team along with Highlights and Lowlights of sprint. ● Managing document and maintaining training tracker for all different application and make sure all documents and recorded sessions were updated and present in confluence.
