Key Account Responsibilities 1. Handle assigned set of Large accounts at an All India Level as a “one point contact” for these customers. 2. Ensure that all our Key Account customers received customer delight through Operational excellence, proactive communication, win-win commercial strategies etc. 3. Explore opportunities to up sell within these large Key accounts to broaden our product portfolio and presence. 4. Monthly customer meetings as part of performance measurement / KPIs. 5. Timely submission of quotations/proposals for free hand business generated from Key customers. 6. Proactive approach and pre-empt certain key operational issues and arrest them as part of operational excellence. 7. Fortnightly meetings / reviews with branches/ internal stake holders to ensure that SOPs are followed. 8. Monthly MIS for management and joint review and improvement processes. Sales Administration: 1. Key contact for MARCOM from HCL perspective for Group CRM initiatives. 2. Monitor CRM updates by sales team. 3. Digital marketing initiatives and campaigns to broaden and strengthen HCL ‘s market presence. 4. Build relationship with Internal customers (operations / Customer Service / Agents / Network) etc to ensure that pre-alerts and documents are received well in time. 5. Spear head the All-Cargo CBD team’s enquiries and proposals to support and assist in converting business successfully.
