Monitor and optimize synergy costs while designing cost effective financial models. Collaborate with senior management and cross functional teams to deliver actionable insights that influence business strategies. Conduct in depth vendor analysis, create precise forecasting models, and maintain dynamic dashboards. Support cross functional reporting needs to ensure data accuracy and informed decision making.
Work autonomously to research, analyze and report on margins and key financial and other metrics for all current and prospect accounts to provide to leadership to make decisions. Develop pricing strategies and proposals, RFP responses and renewal terms in conjunction with legal, sales and operational teams. Review of legal contracts for business terms. Assess, map and lead specialty projects to identify cost savings and process improvements. Audit large data sets and build dashboards and macros to properly understand and charge customers.
Retain accuracy of database and analyze project metrics. Special projects including new customer implementation. Own project timeline to meet deadlines and ensure deliverables Manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently. Assist in development of new processes to exceed metrics and expand capabilities of the team.
Operationally manage all current and potential strategic and OEM business relationships. Support national standard kit program and launch of new lines in coordination with product managers. Project management of conversions, operational tasks and new opportunities. Responsible for implementation of new customers, policies and training. Focus on profitability and inventory management of products and execution with cross functional teams. Exceed goals for departmental efficiency, productivity and profitability. Create and optimize training and standards of practice for team . Advise and counsel special projects, Kaizens and specialty implementations of large projects.
