I currently work as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Mayo Clinic Florida, in a clinical pathway towards surgical residency (Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery), with a focus on leadership, and academic excellence. I am an international medical graduate from Brazil, having graduated in the United Kingdom. I have completed a BSc in Medical Education, focusing on teaching, research, leadership, and management. My background spans living and working in Brazil, Vietnam, Mozambique, UK, Spain and Laos, bringing a unique perspective to my work in healthcare and technology. With a track record in mentoring and management, I have been actively involved in various medical education projects and research initiatives. My main role at the moment is as COO of the Meta-Analysis Academy.
