I joined QWIC to find a supportive and empowering community in the tech space; and I’ve found exactly that! As a Graphic Designer, I create visually engaging marketing materials and other merchandise that celebrate women in tech, while maintaining our cohesive and professional identity using the QWIC branding guide. I love what I do here: - Design promotional graphics for social media, events, and campaigns aligned with the QWIC branding guide, posted on the club's instagram (@queenswic) - Design custom merchandise (stickers, keychains, and apparel) to strengthen community pride and visibility. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive, high-impact visuals that support recruitment and outreach efforts. - Help cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment for students pursuing computing and technology. - I love women
I co-founded the Queen’s UX Club to build a community of design-driven students passionate about UI/UX, graphic, and web design. Currently leading the club’s launch, growth, and executive recruitment, creating a collaborative environment for learning, networking, and hands-on design experience. Some of my personal favourite highlights include: - Interviewing and hiring 25+ executive members across design, marketing, and events teams. - Organizing weekly workshops and speaker events featuring industry professionals in UX and product design. - Overseeing student-led design projects, including website redesigns and UX case studies for local startups. - Building strong partnerships with other Queen's University student organizations to promote design thinking and accessibility in digital products.

At Let's Get Moving, I've created high-converting websites and marketing creatives that have generated a strong volume of qualified leads. I collaborate closely with the SEO team to ensure all designs support content strategy and search visibility, and work with IT to align front-end design with backend functionality. We have launched multiple projects including live websites, Google/Meta ad campaigns that significantly boosted lead generation, as well as branding guides.
