Deliver strategic HR business partnership to global R&D and SBU controlling teams, driving business and organizational strategy through integrated HR solutions. * Translate business strategy into forward‑looking workforce, capability, and organizational plans. * Lead and support initiatives across talent management, including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. * Act as a trusted advisor, providing insight on organizational development, leadership effectiveness, and talent risks/opportunities. * Partner with HR COE and SSC to design and deliver integrated HR solutions that address complex business needs.
