Responsible for the design of investment and financing business and plans according to the company's strategic goals; Participate in the group's investment and financing work, including external strategic investment, external strategic cooperation, and external investment management of subsidiaries; Participate in the initial due diligence, negotiation, transaction structure design and transaction implementation of investment and financing projects, and write research reports and project recommendations.
Provide investment advice to clients to help them realize asset appreciation. Let them understand various investment tools, including stocks, bonds, funds, real estate and commodities, and develop personalized investment portfolios for them according to their investment goals, risk tolerance and investment period. Pay close attention to market trends and adjust clients' investment portfolios in a timely manner to cope with market changes. When helping clients choose investment products, we will consider the legality, security and profitability of the products, as well as the risk level of the products and the potential impacts that may arise. Actively cooperate with relevant departments to obtain the latest market information and investment research results to help clients make the best decisions.
Collect information on research objects, analyze and study their products, and provide analysis and research and investment value reports; track changes in research objects, timely and dynamically determine changes in the investment value of research objects, make investment expected returns and risk analysis, and adjust investment operation suggestions; design, negotiate, sign contracts, issue and maintain various publicly issued financial products; develop new customers through various contact methods and keep in touch with old customers.
