Experienced HTL (ASCP) and highly skilled in performing immunohistochemistry (IHC) (multiplex and singleplex) and in situ hybridization (ISH), both manually and on automated instrument (Leica BOND-III and PRIME as well as Ventana Benchmark Ultra), RNAscope, antibody optimization, validation as well as grossing, processing, cutting and staining (paraffin embedded) tissue specimen (routine and special stains).
