As a recovered CPTSD survivor, I run a private practice in Watford specialising in mental health, complex PTSD and dissociative conditions. I work proactively using a range of trauma focussed approaches such as EMDR, Narrative exposure, CPT, Prolonged exposure, Image rescriping reprocessing, integrative somatic experiencing and I'm training in holosomatic body and breathwork. I'm also am associate psychotherapist at the Clinic of Dissociative Studies, working with dissociative identity disorder. I also work with neurodiversity.
I'm an eclectic psychotherapist, specialising in Trauma and PTSD, using evidence-based practices to treat the symptoms of complex PTSD. I conduct a thorough assessment, in order to fully meet your needs. I work with clients to build a therapy that is right for them, leaving no stone unturned, helping people heal from their past experiences. I work with a variety of mental health issues i.e. depression and anxiety, low self-esteem and social awkwardness, bereavement, relationship issues and domestic violence, to sexual abuse, self-harm and PTSD and Trauma.
I teach mindfulness and anxiety management course to corporations, to help staff members achieve more balance and peace in their lives, lower stress and improve immune system function and promote self-care for a healthier lifestyle.
Tutoring wellbeing courses in and around Hertfordshire. The New Leaf College provides free wellbeing courses to anyone who woupd like to improve their wellbeing. The course content is really great since its been carefully co-created by those with lived experiences as well as professionals.
I teach wellbeing courses such as anxiety management, confidence building and mindfulness courses to service users in Hertfordshire for Herts Mind Network. I also write new schemes of work for courses and build online courses for Herts Mind Network and HAFLS.
