Sr. Solutions Advisor is just as it sounds. With my almost 5 years in the energy management and building automation field in my current role I implement my knowledge and skill to finding and implementing a resolution to the more complex issues our customers may be facing. This could range anywhere from a deep dive into site history, completely reconfiguring a site from scratch or simply making an adjustment to one of our energy saving algorithms.
Assisting both customer and/or site staff resolve complex issues.
