• Manage a global team of Project Managers. • Collaborate with leadership teams across Development, Incident Response, Engineering, and Detection Architecture to establish priorities and deliver measurable outcomes across all applicable projects. • Translate project requirements from both business and technical standpoints, liaising between business users and project team to ensure continued progression and success of the organization. • Effective communication of critical incidents involving identifying, troubleshooting and promptly minimizing downtime. • Detailed reporting ensuring measurable outcomes of projects through weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports presented to department heads in formal briefings. • Assess risks and establish plans of attack which avoid or minimize negative consequences. • Evenly delegate duties and responsibilities to project personnel based on level of effort, skillset and expected timelines.
