As a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Clinical Assistant Professor at Purdue University, I lead with a systems lens by designing learning experiences, tools, and real‑world projects that strengthen professional identity, elevate clinical reasoning, and prepare nurses to thrive in complex care environments. Previously, at Franciscan Health, I led systemwide initiatives that accelerated the adoption of evidence‑based practices and strengthened cultures of quality and safety. That experience continues to shape my approach to leadership, teaching, and practice transformation.
