Within my current role, I'm overseeing Hotel Operations focusing on projects, quality, and brand standards. I've expanded my people management skills by managing multiple HODS. I've gained a wider understanding of purchasing processes by working on CAPEX projects from the quotation through to the implementation stage. I work daily on strategies to help the hotel achieve guest satisfaction and departmental budgets whilst driving this into my HODS. I've shadowed several Hotel Audits such as H&S Audit, I'm also championing the Hotels brand audit which is due within the next few months. I really enjoy the variety which comes with working in the wider Hotel operations and find my skills are best suited to this role.
