My work spans the full customer lifecycle, building the systems and rhythms that help teams scale with confidence. I'm especially passionate about how AI can strengthen modern go-to-market teams. I lead our strategy, roadmap and build of our in-house AI capability across marketing, customer success and sales. Our focus is on using AI to improve insight, automation, personalisation and decision-making, while complementing the strengths, creativity and relationships of our people. What motivates me the most is helping teams work better together. I enjoy turning ambiguity into structure, connecting the dots across departments and creating practical growth systems that are genuinely useful, human and scalable.
My work spans the full customer lifecycle: demand generation, pipeline development, CRM & Hubspot optimisation, sales process, forecasting, onboarding, retention, expansion and customer health. I help bring teams, data and systems together so growth becomes supported more by clear priorities and shared accountability and scalable ways of working. Developing our strategy, roadmap and the build of our AI capability across marketing, customer success and sales to ensure AI practicality with responsibility to improve insight and automation to replace people but complement our team's strengths, creativity and customer relationships.
