Responsible for the HR Shared Services team. Team support the business with all their ER, Recruitment, Training and Pay/Reward queries. Reporting to the UK & Ireland HR Director.
I manage the shared services HR help desk which provides advice and support to line managers and employees. The team provide guidance on policy, processes and people related matters. The team are one of the first HR teams in the UK to use the Workday HR systems which holds all our employees details. I manage Team Leaders who have responsibility for 25 HR advisors and administrators. The customer experience is paramount so all deliverables are based on the timely delivery of responses via both telephone and email queries ,balanced with a continous drive for high quality interactions. Stakeholder management is a key part of my role to ensure that all areas of HR initiatives that impact my team are known and understood and can be planned effectively.
