Pioneered the first Recruitment agency in RSA which successfully introduced the concept of utilizing 30 second video clips as a part of the Recruitment process when sourcing new Candidates. The business was started by 2 partners and quickly grew to 4 partners, as a BEE compliant, (Pty) Ltd entity with a National footprint, 3 branches and at one stage a staff complement of 20 + employees. We were nominated as preferred suppliers to some of the biggest Companies e.g. Investec, Old Mutual, Metropolitan Health Group, Sanlam, Coronation Asset Managers & Nedbank.
