I manage programs end-to-end — from discovery and roadmapping through delivery, UAT, and post-release stabilization — across complex, multi-team environments. My work sits at the intersection of product ownership, program execution, and stakeholder alignment. Currently at AU Small Finance Bank, I own a platform that serves 60,000+ employees — coordinating Engineering, HR, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors simultaneously. The environment is regulated, fast-moving, and high-stakes: exactly the kind of complexity I thrive in. Engineering background (NIT Agartala + KPIT) layered with an IIM Kashipur MBA means I can translate between technical teams and business stakeholders without losing fidelity in either direction
Own end-to-end roadmap and delivery of enterprise platform initiatives at scale — 60,000+ end users, multi-vendor ecosystem, regulated banking environment. Lead simultaneous execution of 3 parallel programs, managing scope, timelines, cross-team dependencies, and risk across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and 3+ external vendors. Drive full product lifecycle: problem discovery → requirements (PRD/BRD) → prioritization → sprint planning → UAT → go-live → post-release stabilization. Identified and automated high-volume operational workflows, reducing manual effort and average turnaround time from 2-3 working days to readily available across functions at enterprise scale. Serve as the single point of accountability between 5+ internal stakeholder groups and external technology partners — translating business needs into delivery plans and escalating risks before they become blockers. Provide structured program governance: status reporting, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, and release readiness reviews to senior leadership.
• Managed lead generation, pipeline conversion, and customer discovery — built strong stakeholder communication and execution habits in a fast-paced sales environment.
Worked on automotive embedded system design using MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow — building technical grounding in structured development lifecycles and specification-driven engineering. Gained exposure to formal technical documentation, requirements traceability, and test-driven validation — skills that directly inform how I collaborate with engineering teams today.
