      currently working with Maheshwari Plastics Private Limited, an authorized partner of wanhua Chemical Group, where I lead Polyolefin Elastomer (POE) sales across India, while also actively managing other high-performance polymers and chemicals including TPU, PMMA, ABS, PC, PA12, and more. My journey here has been driven by hands-on execution and continuous learning. I joined the organization with the responsibility of developing the TPU business, where—under the mentorship of our Managing Director—I worked on identifying target applications and markets, helping establish TPU as a focused growth segment. Following this, I was entrusted with the PMMA division, where consistent field efforts, customer engagement, and application-based selling helped onboard multinational customers and convert opportunities into regular business. Building on these milestones, I was later assigned leadership of the POE Division for the entire Indian market, where I now focus on market expansion, key account development, and positioning POE as a performance-driven alternative material across multiple industries. Our solutions cater to sectors such as footwear, automotive, healthcare, consumer goods, and more.
