An engineer by foundation, I now work at the intersection of innovation, product development, and enterprise transformation—building platforms that enable better decision-making at scale. At Maruti Suzuki, I lead the end-to-end development of strategic enterprise platforms, covering benchmarking, discovery, product design, development, and roadmap definition—focused on enabling structured, data-driven execution at scale. In parallel, I contribute to shaping the Digital Enterprise strategy, identifying high-impact initiatives and translating them into structured, executable programs. I also bring experience from managing the Innovation Fund, working closely with startups—scouting, evaluating, and supporting solutions aligned with business priorities. This allows me to bridge startup agility with enterprise-scale execution. Previously, at Stellantis, I spent 9 years across automotive product development and innovation leadership, including patented work in biometrics and safety systems. I’m particularly interested in building enterprise-grade digital products, AI-enabled platforms, and scalable innovation systems.

1. Managing the Maruti Suzuki Innovation Fund, investing in early-stage startups in mobility, AI, IoT, sustainability, and digital transformation 2. Led Innovation projects with Startups and matured Vendors across Global Automotive Programs: 1. Spearheaded multiple innovation programs across user experience, automotive seating systems, and vehicle access technologies 2. Filed several patents including a Tilting Headrest Mechanism, Push-to-Hide Biometric Access System, and Facial Recognition with Lip Movement Authentication 3. Coordinated with Stellantis' global R&D teams in Europe and the U.S. to convert early-stage ideas into prototypes and production-ready solutions 4. Drove cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, and strategy teams to align innovation with long-term product goals 5. Mentored junior engineers and contributed to building an innovation-driven culture within the organization
I got promoted to the Design Lead's role in the Seating Systems department (BCI). Successful Launch of Jeep Meridian is one of my most important achievements being in this role. Additionally, during this time, I also worked on North America and European vehicle projects as a Seat comfort design lead.
Being an employee of Interior-Seating department of FCA India, I moved to the Chrysler Technical Center (CTC) in Detroit USA as a Liaison for 2 years in a hybrid role. I worked there as a product design engineer and also led an offshore team in India as a liaison. One of my roles over there was of a Seat comfort specialist.
