I’m an MSc Data Science student at Christ (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa, a Full Stack Web Developer, and an aspiring Data Scientist passionate about building smart, meaningful, and user-focused solutions. My journey started with web development crafting functional and visually engaging applications which soon grew into a fascination with how data and AI can drive innovation. With a strong foundation in Python, Django, JavaScript, and data analytics, I love blending creativity with logic designing systems that not only work efficiently but also tell a story through data. I’m particularly drawn to machine learning, data visualization, and intelligent automation, and I enjoy learning how to bridge the gap between front-end experiences and back-end intelligence. As a Student Member of the CPCG (Center for Placements & Career Guidance) Committee, I contribute to the smooth coordination of placement activities, career-readiness programs, and industry-connect initiatives on campus. My role involves assisting in the planning and execution of major events such as HR Vista, supporting student training sessions, managing communication between the placement team and student groups, and facilitating recruiter visits during campus drives. I actively work towards enhancing student engagement, improving placement preparedness, and helping create a more structured and professional placement ecosystem within the university.
Developed a full-stack rule-based semantic chatbot for the university’s official website to handle student and visitor queries intelligently. Built the entire backend in Django with smart query-matching logic using NLP for semantic understanding. Designed and implemented the dynamic frontend UI using frontend technologies. Integrated the chatbot with multiple university database and a dynamic Q&A system for accurate and real-time information retrieval. Structured the chatbot to handle categorized queries related to Programs, Centers, and Learning Support Centers and general FAQ's. Added voice input functionality to improve accessibility (in collaboration with a peer contributor).
