•Took a platoon on 42 recruits and led them in their 2 month physical training phase and basic rescue traning. •Taught rescue and basic fire fighting skills and usage of essential rescue equipment. •Became the conducting officer of a battalion level final exercise
•Worked in the Public Affairs Branch dealing with the public and the neighbouring community •Led a team of 10 men in engaging the public in public education events such as CEPP (Community Emergency Preparedness Programme) and SG Secure events.
•Frontline firefighter at an operational station •Led a section of 4 men to fire and rescue incidents in the east area •Responsible for duty checks, equipment maintenance and daily training
