Greater Chicago Area
I am a CFO at a security technology firm i2G Systems and, previously, running major global units at Motorola Solutions for 20 years. Versatility is my main strength. I specialize in partnering with the CEO to make sure company’s financial strategy aligns with its big-picture goals and the operational reality on the ground. I have the background to scale an organization, execute M&A, or steer a turnaround, depending on what the business needs most. My broad skill set is in advising on long-term strategy, establishing clear and repeatable processes, enabling data-driven goals, creating clear lines of accountability at various functions and levels, and building relationships with key operating partners and stakeholders. My experience includes various aspects of financial and operational leadership for a Fortune 500 company such as driving sales execution, financial planning, M&A modeling and integration, product portfolio analysis and strategy, internal controls, cash flow, and accounting. I believe in continued education and self-improvement and I hold an MBA degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, CPA in IL (inactive), and 6-Sigma green belt. Also, I have completed several executive education courses at The University of Chicago Booth School of business. Additionally, I am an avid hockey fan and player who is still able to shut down skilled forwards in a late night men's league game.
