Duties & Responsibilities, Secondary Market Sales: Facilitate the buying and selling of pre-owned residential properties, guiding clients through the entire transaction cycle from initial inquiry to ownership transfer. Listing Management: Acquire and manage high-quality property listings by securing mandatory Form A agreements and marketing them across major portals like Property Finder and Bayut. Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance to investors and homeowners on current market trends, property valuations, and ROI potential in the secondary market. Advise clients on international real estate investments, market trends, ROI projections, and portfolio strategies. Present property options and guide clients through negotiations and transactions. Coordinate with developers, legal teams, banks, and internal stakeholders. Maintain client relationships and deliver ongoing portfolio support. Attend property events, networking functions, and investment seminars. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements. Transaction Facilitation: Manage legal and administrative processes, including drafting Form F (MOU) and coordinating the issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOC) from developers. Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to RERA guidelines and Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
