About

I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) with teaching and research expertise spanning Project Leadership, Organisational Behaviour in Project Management, Resilience and Change Management, and the Psychosocial Dimensions of Organisational Systems, i.e, how psychological factors such as cognition, emotions, and wellbeing interact with social dynamics like culture, relationships, and workplace structures. My work is driven by a commitment to cultural and workplace inclusiveness, and to fostering both individual and collective resilience. At the heart of my practice is a passion for empowering people through knowledge, personal growth, and shared experiences, helping others navigate change and realise their potential. As the Founder of the Living Resilient podcast, I create a platform for everyday individuals to share their powerful stories of grit, perseverance, and growth - offering listeners inspiration, education, and empowerment.
