Duties: Operations: • Provide executive committee members with full understanding and visibility into the company’s cash flow including but not limited to funding gaps, risk areas and make recommendations. • Arrange and oversee competitive funding arrangements. • Collaborate with group in the negotiation and structuring of all financing facilities. • Own and manage the debt portfolio to optimise finance cost and covenant adherence. Oversee the accurate and timely reporting and accounting of the debts and other Treasury reporting. • Drive relevant functions to optimise cash flows. • Develop and create value around all cash collection agreements, banking solutions and practice, banking activities, systems and resources with the best practice. • Develop and ensure process improvement, policy design and updates and control development to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness around cash and to reduce risk. • Partner the sales function for efficiency and driving of primaries. • Manage all risk inherent in the foreign exchange, processes and systems. • Maintain & rationalise Airtel’s choice of key banks, fee structures, services & counter party credit exposures. • Manage bank relationships to achieve optimal service and value. Mobile Financial Services (Fintech), Finance : • Partner the MFS operations team in their business decisions. • Ensure compliance with all regulations including reporting. • Manage the partner bank relationships. • Ensure proper accounting of MFS transactions. • Ensure the rightful controls around the MFS accounts. • Ensure adequate liquidity to service the ecosystem at all times. Outsourced Third party Management: • Ensure both input and output SLAs with 3rd party are respected strictly. • Review performance of party monthly to justify contract payments. • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Finance Officer from time to time.
