Trained 20 senior managers, associates, and project operations team on how to use FP&A software and led monthly meetings to true-up workstream projections. Enhanced financial forecasting across for the department by developing tracking tools that optimized resource allocation and supported $900M in new business growth over 2 years; advised RVP on risk, opportunity, and long-term organizational strategy and facilitated department expansion due to rapid year over year growth. Recruited, onboarded, and managed staffing and associated $2M budget for 45-person region. Developed KPIs for staff performance and designed hard and soft skills competencies document for different levels of associates and managers which became adopted across the department.
