As part of the ADA team our goal is to provide a safe, accessible and positive experience for all event and festival attendees. We assist guests with registration and services, coordinate accessibility transportation across the festival grounds, and ensure guests have access to accessibility services to meet their needs. The position requires organization, multi tasking, working directly with guests, problem solving and decision making. Rock by the Sea, Inc is dedicated to organizing music festivals and events where we raise money to assist deserving charities who provide direct services to those in need. Every Rock by the Sea event is an intimate showcase of music designed to bring people together for the love of music and the common goal of helping these charities. As we begin our 20th year of existence, we have donated over $1,000,000 to various charities. In my role as a Registration Manager with PCMA, I oversee the pre-show management of registration information and provided on-site support for event attendees and staff. My responsibilities include managing the PCMA Event inboxes, Salesforce, and Rainfocus registration data to ensure a smooth registration process. Additionally, I handled on-site help desk duties, assisting with registration, app issues, and providing general support to PCMA staff.
