About

I am a C-suite executive, Board Director, and infrastructure leader with 19 years of progressive experience at Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR), spanning major projects, engineering, infrastructure maintenance & planning, asset management, network operations, and enterprise leadership. I currently serve as Vice President – Infrastructure, where I oversee an approximately 800-person organization through four Directors responsible for railway infrastructure maintenance, network operations management, infrastructure planning and technical/commercial functions, and structures and facilities management. In my current executive mandate, I hold broad accountability for P&L, budgets, strategy, operational performance, risk, safety, contracts, supply chain, local content, workforce planning, succession and organizational development. Throughout my career, I have managed complex national infrastructure assets and multi-billion-riyal programs, connecting engineering and project delivery with long-term asset lifecycle management, operational reliability, cost optimization and business continuity. My leadership experience extends beyond operational management into corporate governance and Board leadership. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Tabuk Agriculture Development Company (TADCO), a listed Saudi company, and on the Board of Saudi Railway Polytechnic, where I also contribute to the Executive and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. These responsibilities have strengthened my perspective on strategic governance, organizational performance, executive leadership, talent, stakeholder management and long-term value creation. I have complemented my engineering and executive career with an EMBA and BSc in Electrical Engineering from KFUPM, alongside executive board program education from IMD, London Business School, Esade/Misk for Saudi Leader 2030 Program and GCC Board Directors Institute. I am particularly interested in Board Director and Board Committee opportunities where I can apply my experience in organization's strategy, profit and non-profit organizations, enterprise transformation, starting up entities, risks, governance and large-scale organizational leadership.
