Planning & Project Controls Manager with 15+ years of experience delivering major infrastructure, residential, hospitality, transportation, and mixed-use developments across Saudi Arabia and Egypt. My experience spans PMC, consultancy, and contractor environments, providing a comprehensive understanding of project delivery from both client and contractor perspectives. I specialize in project planning, schedule governance, Primavera P6, Extension of Time (EOT) assessment, forensic delay analysis, FIDIC contract administration, project risk management, cost-loaded scheduling, earned value management, and executive reporting. Most recently, I served as Planning & Project Controls Manager on NHC's Sadayem Suburb development in Jeddah (approximately SAR 1.5 billion), leading contractor schedule reviews, EOT assessments, risk management, cash-flow monitoring, and executive reporting to support informed project decisions. Throughout my career, I have successfully supported the delivery of large-scale projects, prepared and assessed Extension of Time submissions, developed recovery strategies, and improved project performance through effective planning and project controls. 1-Lead PMC planning and controls for a major residential and infrastructure development, overseeing schedule governance, progress measurement, EOT assessment, risk and executive reporting. 2-Review contractor baseline, update, revised and recovery programs, challenging logic, critical-path integrity, resource assumptions and forecast completion. 3-Assess EOT and delay submissions and provide contractual and schedule recommendations to the Project Director and client 4-Lead risk-register development and review workshops with NHC, contractors, designers and key authorities, tracking mitigation actions and schedule exposure. 5-Integrate schedule, cost loading, cash flow and performance data into executive dashboards and monthly management reporting. 6-Coordinate interfaces involving NHC, designers, municipalities, NWC, SEC, contractors and sub-developers to protect milestones and resolve constraints. 7- Draft and review project controls correspondence covering program compliance, delays, claims, variations, risk and corrective actions. Lead all Planning & Project Controls activities throughout the complete project lifecycle. 8-Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, schedule performance analyses, and management presentations for senior stakeholders and client representatives. 9-Selected as a Planning and Project Controls representative on the Riyadh Metro Line 7 tender evaluation committee, assessing bidder schedules, methodologies, resource plans, and control frameworks in coordination with Egis and SYSTRA .
